Subscriptions to ProfPrep products (including the NCLEX-RN platform and university course apps) are billed at the rates displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Access is granted for the stated subscription period and does not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at purchase.
Engagements with Safire Business Services, Safire Home Solutions, or Invictus Systems are governed by separate written agreements (Statements of Work, Service Agreements, or Proposals) entered into between the parties. These Terms provide baseline conditions but do not supersede executed agreements.
Digital guide purchases from Strategic Series are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, given the nature of digital content delivery.
Our websites and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our websites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on our websites.
